For the most part yes. Some packages also include straw bales but our goal is to do majority of the decorating with beautiful, versatile, and a variety of pumpkins.

No, Pumpkin Concierge is about celebrating the fall season. We have our deliveries and installations done by Canadian Thanksgiving weekend so you can enjoy your pumpkins for both Thanksgiving and Halloween (plus fall time).

At the moment, we are not accepting custom orders but hoping this is something we can offer in future seasons!

Pumpkin Concierge serves the greater Kelowna area which includes Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country & Peachland. We hope to expand our service areas to more of the Okanagan in the future.

Pumpkin Concierge is a seasonal service, with deliveries & installations beginning in the third week of September up until Canadian Thanksgiving weekend.

We will email you with your exact delivery/installation date by mid-September.

You cannot select exact delivery dates. This is due to a couple of reasons:

•  Certain pumpkins for specific packages may not be ready for installation by your desired date

•  We try to group certain areas together for more efficiency and route planning

As long as we have safe and reasonable access to the area being styled, your installation maybe completed while you're away. We ask that your entry area is cleared and ready for us when we arrive.

Displays are designed to remain beautiful from delivery through Halloween. But just like all other natural materials, pumpkins can still be affected by weather, temperature, moisture and exposure, their longevity can vary. Our biggest recommendation for your display is to keep them dry if possible.

Potentially, yes. If you have plants, lanterns, or other pieces you'd like incorporated, send us an email to let us know. You can also send photos of existing décor so we can see what you're working with.

Please note that although we will try to work with your items, it is not guaranteed that it will be incorporated.

Seasonal styling can be a beautiful way for businesses, storefronts, offices and other commercial spaces to create a welcoming fall presence. Businesses are welcome to purchase one of our existing packages!

For larger or custom commercial installations, we may not be able to accommodate due to how much pumpkin stock we have sourced. Please feel free to email us pumpkinconcierge.okanagan@gmail.com  if you have any questions.

Yes, we have a handful of add-ons and they can be found at the bottom of our Packages page

Of course! We offer removal services for all of our 5 packages, please see our removal options within our adda-ons.

If you add one of our removal services, we will return sometimes between November 3rd and 10th to remove your display.

As stated on our home page, when we remove your display, it is donated to local farms for animal feed.
